All employers registered with the ESD portal of the MYXpats Centre to apply for Employment Passes or Professional Visit Passes must complete an online client experience survey before carrying out any further transactions through the portal.
A message on the ESD portal explains that all transactions through the portal will only be made available upon successful completion of the survey by both the company’s appointed Endorser and the Login ID User.
This does not apply to companies who are registered to obtain Employment Passes via MDEC or other agencies.
Employers registered with the ESD portal should ensure the survey is completed as soon as possible by both their appointed Endorser and their Login ID User, to avoid delays in application processing.
