INDONESIA: [Update] Regulations for Hiring Foreign Workers

At a meeting of the US-ASEAN Business Council in Jakarta in early October 2018, attended by the Ministry of Manpower and the Directorate General of Immigration, it was stated that the implementation date of the new regulations would be 1 November 2018, and that a trial would be started on 15 October 2018.
