On June 27, Newland Chase presented the webinar “Responding to Rejection: The Ongoing Shortage in the UK’s Tier 2.” The discussion focused on the ongoing shortages and rejections companies are currently facing when applying for restricted Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) to sponsor non-EU foreign nationals for employment through the Tier 2 program, the UK’s most common employment-based visa route. It was an honour for Newland Chase to have exhibited at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) 2018 Annual Conference and Exposition June 17 – 20 at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois U.S.A. Newland Chase Opens New Office in Rio de Janeiro
Newland Chase is delighted to announce the opening of their new office in Rio de Janeiro. The team in Brazil officially “christened” their new office on April 18 with an office-warming cocktail reception for staff, clients, suppliers, and prospects. The 40-member Rio team had already begun working out of their new office two days prior.
Newland Chase Hosts Inaugural Mexico Chapter Meeting of Forum for Expatriate Management
On May 30, Newland Chase successfully hosted the inaugural meeting of the Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) Mexico City chapter at the Hotel Presidente Intercontinental. This was the first-ever FEM event in Mexico, and the Newland Chase team in the Mexico City office was the driving force behind establishing FEM’s first chapter in Mexico.
